Let me start by saying that I rarely leave reviews unless I’m genuinely impressed, and I was VERY impressed with my experience at this emergency room. The entire medical staff who took care of me was phenomenal. Heather Alvarez, PA, was incredibly warm, thorough, and attentive. She took the time to listen to my concerns, ask questions, and take the necessary precautions to make sure everything was properly addressed. Dr. Bradley Parrish was also great! I had to take my daughter to the ER at Horizon West Hospital and we had such an amazing experience during an otherwise stressful situation. From security at the front door, reception desk personnel, Nursing staff, Lab technician, and the ER Doctor, we were consistently met with genuine concern, compassion, and efficiency. Horizon West Hospital is such an asset to our Horizon West community.
