Everything was great from emergency room to overnight stay. Jennifer, George in the ED were friendly , efficient and informative. Asad from transport was friendly and kind. dr Yates in the unit was excellent. Grace and Kimberly my two floor staff nurses were the best.
The entire process from pre-op to post-op was fantastic. Everyone was very nice, informative and concerned with me as a patient, this includes the Doctors, Nurses, Non-clinical and Admin. Everyone was so professional and engaging with me. It was such a wonderful experience and is consistent with everything I have previously experienced with Orlando Health! I would recommend them to anyone.
Horizon West Hospital has a number of very competent doctors, nurses and aides. There are some who I would not include in the above group. We were treated with utmost care and respect the entire time . I was concerned about the IV left in my wife’s arm and permitted her to come home with it. Otherwise, our stay at the hospital was mostly positive.
