I LOVE Dr. Mogali. He is a kind soul and a great doctor. The office, falls short because you never speak to the same, one person regarding anything. I have been trying to get a prior authorization for 1 medication. They tell you to call the pharmacy, the pharmacy told me to call the provider, the provider called me and told me to call member services. The pharmacy called again and told me they had the provider's office on the line. That lady told me she was going to leave a note for Dr. Mogali's team. I told her I just left ... read more
