I found myself back in the ER the recently. I went to OrlandoHealth Randal Park, Because of the fast excellent service . It’s a team and that team works together for your wellbeing as their priority. Nothing has changed No wait, very attentive, tests right away and results were pinging MyChart on my phone as the Doctor is letting me know the results and treatment. It’s like a well oiled machine. My experience this past week was great. The time spent waiting was very minimal. The staff were knowledgeable and understanding. They were able to do all the testing that needed to be done right there and give me a plan and referrals to get me back on my feet. If you feel urgent care will not be able to help you and going to the hospital is not what you feel you need I would highly recommend them.
The nurses are amazing
Everyone was very professional and the service was quick. Angela RN showed care and was very professional
