The most useless and unprofessional staff. They all so unprofessional and careless people. I have been trying to schedule an appointment for over 2 weeks and they keep telling one person Nataly can schedule it, she is never available, they kept telling me they would contact me. It has been 2 weeks calling every day and the level of careless from everyone that answers the phone to schedule appointment are ALL useless careless people. RIDICULOUS!
The clinic is terrible. The wait time to be seen is always long, and when you finally are attended to, it takes another 5-6 hours just to get to the surgery. They’re always overcrowded with patients, scheduling appointments early in the day, but the surgery only happens late in the afternoon. This was the second time we’ve been here, and both experiences were horrible. We have a baby and two other children, and had to rely on friends for help since we don’t have family around. Truly disappointing
