Nurse practitioner and doctor literally told me they don’t know how to treat me because I’m pregnant with ulcerative colitis. She said she would have to go “look it up because she has no idea” stay away from these people.
My experience with Dr. Elsa Fernandez Perez was amazing. I made two endoscopy procedures with her and a she is very professional. In resume, she cares her patients with respect and compassion. I recommend her %
Worst experience I have ever had in doctors office. I was schedule for an appointment on 1/25 for 10:20am. to see doctor Pranav Patel. Was told to arrive at 10:05. I arrived at 9:55 Was bought in to office and waited for almost 1hr inside room waiting for doctor Patel. To arrive. At 11am I asked Patels assistant why the long wait. This is ridiculous.
