Been going there a while. Appointment for 12/31/24 rescheduled due to Dr./ PA out of town. First available is May 5. What the hell is going on...... unbelievable. What shit service!!!
I am a patient of Dr. Covelli so naturally I referred my son to the practice. Well the nurse Michelle at the St Cloud office definitely needs a course in dealing with patients and parents. If they didn’t screw up by ordering the wrong test I would have never called to make sure he received the right one. He was through a lot in the past so naturally as a parent I don’t want him to deal with issues again.
