When I tried to explain why I was there, the front desk staff did not allow me to finish speaking and showed an unprofessional and uncomfortable attitude. I felt embarrassed because others around me could hear and notice how I was being treated I have been a patient of Dr.Ho over 12 years, and this was the first time I felt truly disappointed. One of the worst places ever. I was prescribed a medicine on Tuesday that needed preauthorization from the insurance company. The nurse told me that I need to call insurance to ask to send the clinic a fax , I have been following up for 8 days and lost between the Nurse and the insurance, the clinic don’t care at all and don’t follow up if I did not . the clinic will not return calls or follow up. they told me to wait another week which will be 2-3 weeks
I’ve been coming to Dr Ho for about eight years now she is simply amazing. She listens she diagnosed she checks up. Her staff is amazing. Everyone is nice. Very busy you get everything you need and more you are taking care of and Dr Ho does not treat you like a number.

Dr. Ho is professional, very knowledgeable, and straight forward. I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly and staff is very friendly. Highly recommend!
