I’ve had an outstanding experience at this medical center. Every nurse I encountered—Ashley, Laura, and Nina—was incredibly professional, compassionate, and informative. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients and follow procedures meticulously, which gave me great peace of mind. Don't see how it is the best in the area. They don't call you back. Got a referral to be seen at a closer location due to travel with the patient can't travel to far without being exhausted. She needs to be seen STAT and that means nothing to office. Not seeing new patients bullshit is not an excuse to do your job, it's being lazy. This behavior is unacceptable.
