Don't see how it is the best in the area. They don't call you back. Got a referral to be seen at a closer location due to travel with the patient can't travel to far without being exhausted. She needs to be seen STAT and that means nothing to office. Not seeing new patients bullshit is not an excuse to do your job, it's being lazy. This behavior is unacceptable.
