Dr. Ramakrishna and Zac are amazing. They made my son a priority and helped guide me through his care. His diagnosis is very scary and Dr. Ramakrishna went out of his way more than once to make sure my son's therapy was not interrupted. He cares about his patients and that spreads to his nurse and his proton team. Zac always messaged me back immediately and made sure everything was taken care of every time! The center as a whole is phenomenal. I would give customer service a 10/10 as a team and valet a 10/10. Security on the other hand is great minus one weed by the name of Landon. Landon is rude in my opinion. He should not be working with people. Landon lacks patience, gets easily frustrated, he also is unable to multi task all while exhibiting aggressive behavior.
