Highly upset with my visit today. My visits are not free to have a PT that are short tempered and have no patience. My baby is 2 months old and was recommended for Head Tilt, they want to see her twice a week and I have a copay for each visit and nothing is getting accomplished. My appointment was today with Savanna, she’s pregnant and I could tell she was annoyed because my baby was crying and didn’t really care to really try with her. Do not go for the inicial consult. You won't be able to get an appointment for treatment. I've been trying, calling for days with no luck. They keep saying I ahoimd go to another provider who has more available since I am limited to Wednesdays ( any time of the day, any location) appointments. If they are so packed and with no appts available for the following 3 weeks, why do they take more patiwnts? No availability for new patients. The evaluation specialist insulted my intelligence within 5 minutes of the evaluation made me feel bad about homeschooling. Evaluation started 10 minutes late and waiting room was completely packed which overstimulated my son too many noises and people in one small area.My son has ADHD he is on high end and Autism.
