Their AI based “staff” and voice mail system and texts are annoying. Impossible to speak with a human, impersonal and sometimes intimidating texts. And good luck speaking with a human. I am sure they are wonderful people, but it is next to impossible getting basic administrative things done. When you are injured and seek treatment, it’s the last thing you want. I will find better options elsewhere.
Really busy but always have had a great experience . I have seen multiple doctors here and they were all very caring and helpful
The front receptionist Appears to he hispanic/Latino Was very rude. I came in and said good morning, I have an appointment at 9:30am with an allergist. She stated who's the doctor. I stated I made an appointment via phone four weeks ago, new patient appointment. They person I spoke to, put me down but no name of doctor, receptionist rolled her eyes and gave me an attitude and said how you dont know who your doctor is? What are you here for? I said allergy. My husband was in so much pain from trigger finger and this office was so kind and accommodating to have seen him same day. We actually were scheduled in the downtown office but accidentally came to this location. We're so happy and grateful to have been assisted by this office last minute. Dr. Newsom is very professional, patient, educates his clients, and has wonderful bedside manner. Everyone we met at the office was also amazing!! A very professional and caring facility- highly recommend!!
