First time customer. Firstly you have to deal with the hassle of trying to make an appointment, they never wanna talk on the phone, everything is through txt message. It took me days to get q response from them, my first appointment was cancelled minutes of my appointment, I understand stuff happens, but no offer was made nor anything was asked. Either they are too busy or they don’t care , I called about 6 months ago , it wasn’t easy at all to get a hold of someone , when I finally did after endless tries , someone answers by text message .. they said that I have to wait at least 2 months before I get my turn .. they saved my contact info to contact me at the end of 2020 ... guess what ? They just vanished .. no one even bothered to reach out .. A COMPLETE disaster....
