We had a great experience. The guys were ere very helpful and encouraging. There were 7 ladies. Some went further than others but we all had a wonderful time. It was my 73rd BD so it’s one to remember!

I went on my 59th Birthday and the owner and instructors worked hard on the ropes to help each of us achieve our goals. 😄 They made us each feel completely at ease and safe. Im going to rebook in 6 months now that I know what to expect and what to add to my gym/fitness routine. 😁 If you're thinking about doing it...Do It! You won't regret it !

SO FUN. THE STAFF WAS THE BEST. I went here with a group and the guys were incredibly patient, helpful, and informative!!! We learned so many things and they helped us challenge ourselves while still being kind and understanding. A truly wonderful experience!!!!
