Dr. Scott Rotatori is the finest plastic surgeon in central Florida. He has a gift for knowing what can be accomplished, especially when other surgeons can’t. He has a very calm demeanor and puts the patient at ease. His surgical staff, nurses, anesthesiologists all give him high praise.
