Dr.Lamas is a excellent doctor he listen to you.
the customer service and attitude of the office staff was horrible .having an appointment and not notified that Dr wasn't going be there. took the day off from work . had to reschedule for another six months out . no apology or reason offered . I will be looking for a different Dr and office .
Got to leave this place and look for another doctor. Called up because need help with my cpac machine. All I got was answer back with someone I couldn't understand. When you call no one answer just the answering machine. I hope I find help before my next appointment. Are there afraid to speak to someone. HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL IN BUSINESS.
I have been a patient for over a year and for the first year they were good at returning phone calls. Now not so much. It may come to the point where I may have to find a new specialist because nobody returns the phone calls or response to any messages through the portal. Every time I've gone into the office they've assured me they would call me by the end of the day with a result. Either way, nothing has happened..
