The way that office is run is terrible, the system puts you on hold and you can spend hours waiting, no lie. I don't know how anyone gets an appointment. The doctor is good, but the office management is poor. Take your chances on the phone.

Dr.Lamas is a excellent doctor he listen to you.
the customer service and attitude of the office staff was horrible .having an appointment and not notified that Dr wasn't going be there. took the day off from work . had to reschedule for another six months out . no apology or reason offered . I will be looking for a different Dr and office .
