My family are patients at the Poinciana Office. Love the staff from this Office, in special from a super Patient Care Coordinator name Xaira Merced. She is awesome, always gives a 150% , she goes far and beyond with her empathy, knowledge and sympathy. Honestly she is wonderful. Thanks for having her making our days with her personality . Kudos . Care is now what you get here. You get delay of care with zero concern for the patient. The standard of care is they don’t care. Your medical problems get ignored and you never get results for the test ordered. Dr Rivera and his staff are only there to collect a paycheck. You should go elsewhere to get medical care.

Three years back and forth with Dr. Ongay, Dr. Rivera and Dr. Rodriguez basically begging at every visit for my mom to see a cardiologist because she has heart disease they would not refer even though she’s on cardiac meds and has had several strokes. Begging for a a referral to a nephrologist due to her diabetes and chronic kidney and they only sent her to one when she needed vascular surgery and had protein in her urine.
