Un mes antes de mi appointment llame para dar la información de mi nuevo seguro, me dijeron que no podían verificar la información que debía ir personalmente a lleva la tarjeta a la oficina, dos semanas antes lo hice, 02/26/2026 tenía mi appointment a las 1:30 pm no habían verificado aún mi seguro y me hicieron esperar más de 1 hora, totalmente irrespetuoso el trato al paciente, no valoran el tiempo de paciente ni el esfuerzo que hace a venir a su cita médica. Sin lugar a dudas cambiaré de médico primario.
If you make an appointment here, be prepared to wait well over an hour to get called. When I asked about the delay, I was given the excuse that they are short on doctors even though my doctor is here. They don't even have the common courtesy to tell you when you're checking in that there's such a long wait. They are the first ones to charge you for being late for your appointment, but don't even have the manners to inform their patients about such delays when they check in. Justo hoy en una llamada tuve una bonita experiencia con una representante llamada Mónica Trinidad, que buen trato hacia las personas y que diligente es esta chica. Deberían multiplicarse estas personas. Contratar a más como ella. De resto la experiencia no ha sido buena
My husband had a follow up lab work appointment at 3:45… didn’t get seen until 5PM… absolutely ridiculous. He will not be going again!!!! Avoid at all cost!!!
Worst doctors office I have ever experienced in my life. Call several times every single week, waiting for a doctor to sign a piece of paper so I can get my CPAP medical device. Always a hassle every time I call to get an update on anything. They put you on hold every time you call and eventually hang up. When you actually go see the doctor by appointment time you have to wait forever. Then they bring you inside the room to wait for the doctor and you wait another 45 minutes.
