Recently I stepped on a bougainvillea thorn,it went deep into my big toe.The team of medical drs.nurses,and total staff was remarkably on point.very professional and devoted.they performed in harmony as they removed this splinter from the crease of my toe.,and I just wanted to thank them again for relieving my pain for the holidays.good job guys and gals,and thanx doctor.

The Orlando Family Physicians Dental office in Pleasant Hill is definitely the worst Dental office I have ever been to. I only went there to three appointments and in each one of those appointments I was made to wait the following times from when I was scheduled to be seen, 1st appt. waited for 30 mins, 2nd appt. waited for 15 mins. and on the 3rd and last appointment, I had been waiting for over 45 mins at which time I just told them I was not waiting anymore since they have not shown respect for patient's time. I wish I could give ZERO stars... This was easily one of the most horrific medical experiences of my life, with Orlando Family Physicians in Altamonte Springs. You should do what's best for you, but I figured I would share my experience and the pain it has caused me. I started in March of 2021 with this group, never once saw an actual doctor, just a NP and she was lovely, and one of the items I was doing was transferring two meds to this doctor as it would save me about $100 a month. I don't usually do this, but is anyone else here feeling like Orlando Family Medical is dropping the ball on their patients when it comes to referrals and just overall care? I think that when the establishment fails you as a patient, you shouldn't have to apologize or kiss anyone's butt in the medical office to get the proper service. Instead of harassing a patient of yours maybe you should take that time and fix the issues with your location. Very unprofessional behavior from the vice president of the company, after reading all reviews maybe this facility would be better under better management!
This is the worse medical business I’ve ever visited. Please do not go here. They are thief’s and unprofessional with history of violating the hippa law. My lawyer is getting a case together for that. Please i beg you for your own good to not go here. This is a business that doesn’t care about your health or privacy!
