Not being able to book a child for a new patient is the worst. . My Child was not able to be seen due to this facility not having a MD available.
Worst staff, Incompetent, and unable to fill out forms for your insurance, impacting your health. And extremely rude to patients. Dont go here, if you value your health. They dont care.
Office staff was incredibly rude and uncaring throughout the whole scheduling process. My initial phone call lasted 30 minutes of being on and off hold and the woman acted like she didn’t have the time for new patients. I never received an email or text confirmation, so I called the week before the appointment to confirm it myself. Again they acted like they didn’t have the time for me. Would leave no stars if I could. Have been trying to get in touch with the person who does referrals for a blood test they say I have to re-do for a week now and have yet to receive a call back from that person. I work a full time job and I don’t have time for this. Send the referral via email if you want me to re-do the test because I will not be calling anymore.
