Office staff was incredibly rude and uncaring throughout the whole scheduling process. My initial phone call lasted 30 minutes of being on and off hold and the woman acted like she didn’t have the time for new patients. I never received an email or text confirmation, so I called the week before the appointment to confirm it myself. Again they acted like they didn’t have the time for me. Would leave no stars if I could. Have been trying to get in touch with the person who does referrals for a blood test they say I have to re-do for a week now and have yet to receive a call back from that person. I work a full time job and I don’t have time for this. Send the referral via email if you want me to re-do the test because I will not be calling anymore.

Today was my first day at this clinic as a new patient and I was very impressed. From the front desk ,Tonya was truly a welcoming and kind face . To the nurse who took my vitals, the staff is exceptional. Dr. Sellers was so attentive and informative, he really took his time to explain things to me, hear my concerns and address them. I left that office today feeling hopeful. I am so happy I found this office!
