It has taken me one year to write this review as I normally don't write reviews. After getting a mailer and texts asking me to schedule my yearly exam, I had to post my experience. Dr.Guzak was wonderful and there were no problems with his care. I ordered 4 pair of glasses totaling over 2,300.00which I paid in full. When it came time to pick up my glasses Shelley at the front desk held up one of the pair of glasses and LOUDLY announced I had a balance of $179.00.
