Llevo años yendo a la clínica, las chicas del front desk muy buenas y atentas, pero hoy cuando voy a la chica que hace el check in y coge los vitales de entrada me dice en tono prepotente que si traje traducuctor para la consulta pues ya ella no está autorizada para servir de traductor. Le contesto que en ningún momento al hacer la cita me dijeron que necesitaba un traductor y que en defecto si lo necesitaba en todas las oficinas que he ido la oficina misma es la que se encarga de tramitar el mismo. Literally wasted gas to come here!! I have a bad concussion and haven’t been able to work and don’t get my check until Thursday and the girl was like I can’t see you without a deductible. She acted like she called the billing department when she immediately hung up the phone and was like sorry we can’t see you today. Yeah could have easily billed me the deductible to pay in a few days.
