Larry and Franklin Orlando did an outstanding job constructing our home in Incline Village. Their experience with and knowledge of Washoe County and TRPA peculiarities was a huge advantage. Their consistent focus on quality and timeliness made the process of building a new home fun and exciting, if not a little harrowing. We have used Orlando Enterprises twice at this point - once for our custom home, and once to build a spec home in Lake Tahoe. Larry and Franklin Orlando are excellent contractors, providing quality work at very good value. I recommend highly, and in fact, friends of ours are now building a custom home in Clear Creek (near Tahoe) with Orlando.
Remodeling a house during covid was incredibly difficult but in time they were able to get it done
Without going through all the disappointing details, Ill just say if I could go back in time and hire someone else I would.
