OCS is a great place to feel comfortable and create goals that are meaningful and obtainable. I started at OCS because I felt too unhealthy to even move my motorcycle without getting out of breath. Once I started I felt a sense of family and belonging that gives me motivation to be better every day, and try my hardest no matter what. I am so glad I am a part of the Orlando Combat Sports community! There are skilled instructors that motivate and help you to achieve your fitness goals. I personally like the weight training and kickboxing classes, but OCS offers much more. There is training for sparring, Brazilian jujitsu, MMA, and classes for kids. People I have met are not just other gym members, they also have become friends. I highly recommend OCS!

Orlando Combat Sports has been my fitness haven for the past 2.5 years. Under the guidance of Nick Rios, this kickboxing and MMA gym has been a game-changer. He and his trainers are top-notch and they are dedicated to helping members reach their goals, tailoring workouts for all skill levels.
