Welcoming community, combo rack, monolift, multiple benches & racks, lots of specialty barbells, a few pieces of cardio equipment, a few good quality machines, and the owner gives military discounts. This is the “oldest school” gym here in Orlando that can pass a health inspection
If you are looking for a gym in the Orlando area - this is the gym for you, also it’s open 24hrs. Great community, great management, great quality equipment and a clean space to get your lifts in. Definitely check out Orlando barbell, very affordable as-well, definitely one of my favorite gyms.
This is a great gym to lift at .... very nice people and very helpful people ... The owner Brian Schwab is very nice and can help you get you to your goals.This gym is a awesome Powerlifting gym
