Fantastic service and booking assistance-- the owners and staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. Highly recommend!
NO MERCY - Even if the owners rent the property during the times you can’t make it, if you do not cancel within 90 day of your reservation date, for whatever reason, there are NO refunds. Check, triple and calendar your 90 day window! Or....book one of the other many great Florida properties with a 60 or 30 day no fee cancellation window. It cost our group $3500!! Ouch!!!!
WOW! All I don't even know where to start! My family has stayed at 2 of their properties, the Sweet Escape and the Great Escape Lakeside and next year we will make the trifecta staying at Parkside! Andrew and his staff go above and beyond from the time of booking right up until we arrive. But not only that but they even checked in on us during our stay. Our entire group had the time of their lives and we only left to run out to the grocery store!
