I'm not impressed. He dropped the ball repeatedly and when I was told he would deal with Hartford insurance he seemed to forget his promise. His assistant and receptionist we're very pleasant . he kept repeating other clients info to me as if it was my case. I am stuck with a number of medical bills because he did not contact the company in a timely matter.
