Be prepared to wait 2-3 months for your order due to Covid-19 work delays. While that may seem intolerably long- it is worth it. I love the fact they cast with a very durable resin, concrete, fiberglass composite which can be left outdoors all year round. Check the fine print of similar sellers on Wayfair and they say their cheaply made in China pieces should be moved INDOORS in winter- please. I dont have time for that! Heads up this place is by appointment only, but when you call to make one no one is available.
We purchased their fountain through Horchow. After going through 2 fountains that had leaks or weren’t made level we finally had one we thought was good. After a year all the paint is flaking off. I asked for paint samples to fix myself and they sent several samples but they won’t provide the exact type to get more made. They make a terrible product and don’t stand behind it. Their customer service is abysmal.
