We purchased their fountain through Horchow. After going through 2 fountains that had leaks or weren’t made level we finally had one we thought was good. After a year all the paint is flaking off. I asked for paint samples to fix myself and they sent several samples but they won’t provide the exact type to get more made. They make a terrible product and don’t stand behind it. Their customer service is abysmal.
They simply don’t call back no matter how many messages I leave them.
We purchased a 37.5" Sacred Heart of Jesus statue.... very pleased with this statue for sure! The "realistic" coloring was done by Heritage Restoration & Design Studios in Peoria, Illinois. This lovely statue will be placed in its permanent location in the future.
