A woman vaped in the hallway to the bathrooms while I was holding my toddler. The vape smoke went into my toddler’s face. The mall security did not remove the woman and did not take it seriously. I am extremely disappointed.
Orland mall security is always nice-for the most part. I came across a security guard today at Starbucks, she was short, African American, and has big fake lashes and is on the thinner side. She was upset that Starbucks doesn't give out free water anymore and she started getting loud with the Starbucks employees. She's supposed to be protecting other people not harassing Starbucks employees for free water. I wish I know where to report this because that was completely ridiculous
