We’ve been using this shop for years for all of our chainsaws, maintenance, and repairs, and they’ve always been consistent, honest, and fair. We run a tree service, so our equipment is our livelihood, and they’ve always been upfront about their process. They communicate clearly, give realistic timelines, and always call before doing any repairs. Their diagnostic fee goes toward the repair if you move forward, which is completely standard. I ordered a chainsaw part over the phone and it arrived quickly and was exactly what I needed. However, when I picked it up I discovered that $10 of the $19 I'd paid was a freight charge that was never mentioned during the call, meaning the part itself was only $9. A little disappointing that it was more than 100% in undisclosed shipping fees.
