I had such a horrible experience here after having a hip replacement. I’d received treatment here prior to my surgery and everyone was kind and helpful. But this time I don’t know what happened. I showed up for an appointment but was told it wasn’t for that day. I asked the front desk staff when was the appointment. I was told the date and I left. Went for OT following hand surgery. Judy is amazing. I learned how to strengthen both hands, and also how to perform tasks in a different manner.
