I had a great experience with Dr Makki. I’m a 65 year old woman who suddenly needed braces due to my teeth shifting. I was incredibly nervous about the entire process and the unknown results. I felt extremely supported by Dr Makki and staff ( special shout out to Janet!) my results exceeded my expectations, I have never had such pretty teeth!! The entire team made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the process. I can’t thank them enough!
We had a consultation today for my young daughter, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. When we arrived, her name was displayed at the entrance to welcome her to her very first appointment, which immediately made her feel special. The receptionist was incredibly kind and welcoming, setting a positive tone right away. Dr. Makki was very attentive, taking the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. I’m changing my review because this office has changed their hours and is now only open 2 days a week to see patients. My older son started here when Dr Damas was here and the office was open throughout the week.The service was excellent and appointments were easy to make. I would never have started my younger son’s braces treatment here if I would have known they would limit seeing patients to 2 days a week. We had to wait a week to get a broken bracket fixed.
