Just joined the other day for myself and I can't be happier! People were great! Kathryn at registration was outstanding in explaining every aspect of the club. She was very helpful!!!
This fitness center has it all, and it is age friendly...especially for those of us over 50. Evan, thank you for a very informative and enlightening tour of this immaculate facility.
My family and I recently moved to Orland Park a few weeks ago. We received a welcome booklet and information about the club via email, which encouraged us to visit and explore the possibility of joining. We came in today with great enthusiasm, hoping to register and become members. Unfortunately, our experience with the employee named Alex was disappointing. Dean is always very polite and very helpful, patient and courteous. He’s very detailed oriented when asked questions regarding referrals from physical therapy and other questions regarding the array of awesome health and fitness services that are offered at this location. He greets with a smile and offers great and excellent customer service skills. He’s very attentive and very professional, kind and friendly. Jenna is very helpful, courteous and friendly.
