Clean. Knowledgeable & supportive staff. Organized. Family atmosphere.
Plenty of workout equipment, pools for doing laps/therapy/exercises and and spa area with sauna/steam/hot tub/showers/lockers. There are also physical trainers, fitness classes and a 10 lap per mile indoor track. Never seems to be over crowded.
Another terrible thing about this place is the public nudity in the women's sauna. It is really inappropriate. They should have a sign in the locker room insisting people wear a bathing suit, or cover up in some method. I have mentioned this several times. They are aware of it. Even if they can't monitor it, they should seriously set the tone and expectation of respecting personal boundaries and good hygiene.
Music is way too loud in the women's locker room. I have requested they turn it down several times. Loud noise literally damages human hearing. This is a health and fitness center and this is something they can change, at no cost. Since the loud noise can damage human health should not be continued.
