RecommendedBrought one of our cats for radioactive iodine treatment for hyperthyroidism. Followup tests at our regular vet showed that her thyroid levels are back to normal, and she has gained 0.75 pounds of her previous weight back. Definitely recommend anyone whose cat is hyperthyroid check them out!
I brought my cat here for radiation treatment for thyroid issues. The office is super kind and patient (they didn't mind me calling multiple times to check on her the week she was there) and friendly to work with. The radiation treatment was a success. It has now been a year since her treatment and she has gained almost 50% of her weight back (a healthy weight now) and she is doing so much better. I highly recommend, especially if you are considering for radiation treatment.
