I was working on a handicapp van lift,not thinking I pushed a pin thru with my finger and the lift arm dropped,my finger was stuck and not coming out,I needed help. Paramedics arrived in no time,removed some items on the lift and was able to get my finger free. The group of guys and gals on the seen were unbelieveable,proffesional and jus down to earth!! I HIGHLY recommend calling this department. I called this morning after being suddenly woken up by our living room Fire&CO detector going off for seemingly no reason. I called this department first, then called 911 to verify. My mom and I opened two windows, grabbed our bags, and sat outside. Two firemen arrived very quickly and checked the house with their detectors and although they did not find anything, I was reassured that I did the right thing when opening windows and calling them.
