The indoor pool has been closed for 2 years. When asked what's taking so long, it was tons of excuses. Mostly blaming the state. They are still waiting on permits. When the finally get them, it will be another 2 years to fix the pool. So where's the monthly maintenance fee of $340 a month going??? I'm told to fix other things. 2 years later 11-20 and the indoor pools still closed and they want to raise the HOA FEES 20%!!!!! The outdoor pool was closed for 3 years. I have no complaints really. We just need to get the indoor pool up and running. The clubhouse is great but I’m not even sure if the sauna is running either. I’d like to have a party there once everything is fixed. I have no reason to have a party but I’ll figure it out. 🤷🏻‍♀️😂 Once all that is resolved I would give this place a 5 star rating. My neighbors are alright too. They’re interesting.
