I was walking along, feeling very depressed on a random, windy Thursday morning; when I noticed a sign selling coffee in support of mental health. I didn't know I was walking into a centre, but I'm so grateful I did. It was exactly what I needed at the perfect time. It was a hug in a warm place and the safety I felt allowed all the emotions I'd been holding in to tumble out. Thank you for opening up your hearts and doors to anyone who needs it. Go well! Wendy

Brilliant bunch of folk and great banter, the Gardening Unit is well worth checking out if you are thinking about plants/shrubs/vegetable plants for your garden. Whilst 'Blidehoose' in Victoria St provides support services for people with life issues and mental health issues, There's also an excellent Cafe and Kitchen which provides low cost daily meals and does outside catering.
