I ordered a few Klein tools hats. Quality is good and service is great, got them really fast!
Amazing Service!
I am awaiting an order. It says it would be on special order. 15 days and nothing. I e-mail and it a very vague response its on backorder. I have tried to phone three times and got a personal voicemail each time. Left one message, nothing It feels Orka is not a professional organization and I still awaiting my order. Which I cannot even cancel because no one responds
I ordered a few tools from their online store. There was a Klein kit I got. My #2 Robertson handle was filled with a #1 shank. I've emailed them twice about this and got no response besides an automatic reply saying they'll reply within 24 hours. It's been over a week now, and I'm still waiting for a reply. They also don't pick up their phone. Definitely will not order from this company again. Totally non-existent customer service.
