Sur le site il indique un service a la clientèle en français et pas moyen d avoir quelqun en français et j ai commandé quelques chose qui est disponible sur le site et il mon envoyé un message après deux jours que s c'est en rupture de stock et il vont me l envoyé quand il vont l avoir .... vraiment déçu... première et dernière commandé pour moi
I ordered on November 3, 2024, but still no news about it. I had a partial refund on 2 parts in the order on the 28 of November saying these parts are discontinued by the manufacturer even though they ain't and can be found at other retailers pretty easily. Was it a price error and you don't want to honor it? I have a question. I contacted Orka by email and nothing even though it says we reply in 24 hours. Also when calling the voicemail tells us to leave a message. By chat, same thing, we will get back to you in 24 hours. I... read more
