If you need new tyres or wheel work in North Canterbury, Torque Tyre & Auto in Rangiora is the place to go. Their turnaround time was brilliant, and they offer an excellent range of quality tyres at a great price point. On top of the efficient service, their customer facilities are fantastic—clean, modern, and highly professional. Highly recommend this crew.
Took my truck in for an alignment and all was well, truck drives great. A week later I fail a WOF for having LOOSE tie rod adjusters, the steering wheel after a while had become crooked and the vehicle pulled to the left. I tightened them where they were and booked a new wheel alignment (which was free) for TTA to rectify their stuff up. The SAME technician did my wheel alignment again and left the bloody drivers side tie rod adjuster hand tight again. Twice in a row. If that came loose enough it could kill me at 100km. Absolutely brilliant to deal with. Very friendly staff . Took my vehicle there for a wheel alignment after another local company made a complete hash of it and then wouldn't back there work. The guys at TTA sorted the issue fir me straight away at a fraction of the price of the original place I went to. Vehicle has never driven better than it does now. Big thanks to the guys that carried out the work.
TTA are hands down the best in the business. I emailed them on Wednesday, had rims ordered Thursday, and by Friday they were on the truck, balanced and ready to go clearing 35s with ease. The way they looked after me was unreal. They got everything sorted straight away with no mucking around. JT and the team really know their stuff they’ve put a lot of work into making 35s fit properly on N70s, N80s and plenty of other vehicles, and it shows.
