Sales people here seem to not care about selling cars , contacted a sales rep Simone Makiri about a car and no reply.. was told car has been sold two weeks later still for sale on trade me, Auto trader and their own website. Clowns
Brought a car not long ago with a towbar from here, finally went to use it and well to cut a long story short $440.00 later it now goes(none of the wiring had been connected).
I initially had a negative experience due to the behaviour of a staff member, which left me extremely disappointed. However, after posting my review, both management and the sales manager reached out. They took the situation seriously, and assured me that it would be investigated and addressed so it doesn’t happen again. I appreciated the follow-up and their willingness to improve. We were told the vehicle would be groomed and ready for viewing over the weekend—it wasn’t. It was presented in poor condition including what we thought looked like an off coloured rear door. We were assured it would come right after grooming. The staff member * said they had full service history as they owned the lease vehicle—one of the benefits of buying directly from them.
