I was considering purchasing a ute from Orix and emailed pictures of my vehicle for a trade-in evaluation. Unfortunately, their trade-in offer was disappointingly low—$10,000 less than quotes from other dealerships. The communication was professional, but the low offer meant I couldn’t proceed with the deal. I suggest others compare trade-in offers from multiple dealerships before deciding.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Nick, the communication was absolutely excellent from the initial phone call, he was very transparent and kept me in the loop all the way up until I collected the vehicle. Highly recommended A+++

It's worth calling ahead here as many of the cars advertised are already sold. 2 cars I was interested in already sold. No mention in the trade me listing. 1 only listed the evening before. Although they are friendly and the cars look to be in good condition it was a waste of time to come here so disappointed overall. They also say they will call when comes in but never did. Glad I went and bought elsewhere on the same day A look on trade me and 2 weeks later the sold car is still listed without any mention of being sold.
