We were told the vehicle would be groomed and ready for viewing over the weekend—it wasn’t. It was presented in poor condition including what we thought looked like an off coloured rear door. I believe the sales team are great with their sales services, however I would like to put a big question mark on the problem solving skills by the team or manager. It will be doubtful that they can handle issues later on if we were to purchase the car. We had a simple issue while we visited the sales office. All they need to do is to check records and come up with some sorts of solutions or at least suggest what to do next. After a bit of running round looking for the right car as well as finding a dealer/sales person who seemed trustworthy and reliable, , we found Nick Schneiderman from Orix and he has been incredibly helpful. He was thorough, helpful, not pushy. All the staff seemed to be equally as helpful. I know sales well and know how hard it can be to find someone who strikes the right balance. I highly recommend Orix, and Nick especially.
