Great experience with Dr. Flamer-Caldera and her team. The hygienist did a thorough job with the cleaning and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Dr. Flamer-Caldera is super knowledgeable, attentive, and actually takes the time to walk you through everything without rushing. Highly recommend this office.

Edit: still no dental records despite a week of follow up, you are contractually only allowed to charge a certain amount as an in-network provider regardless of whether or not the procedure is covered, instead you’ve charged me over $1000 more. You also are able to call me at any time and rectify this which you have not. The insurance company has it documented that you never provided the requested records that they asked for not once, not twice, but three times. I was a new patient and arrived early for a cleaning. My paperwork was not sent to me until four minutes before my appointment and it took a while to complete it. I received appointment notifications, but no paperwork to fill out. I waited over an hour past my appointment time. It seemed like they double booked my appointment time. I was frustrated and I left. On the plus side when I initially arrived the dentist herself Lorna Flamer-Caldera came out to greet me but I afraid I decided this dentist office was not for me.
