Edit: still no dental records despite a week of follow up, you are contractually only allowed to charge a certain amount as an in-network provider regardless of whether or not the procedure is covered, instead you’ve charged me over $1000 more. You also are able to call me at any time and rectify this which you have not. I was a new patient and arrived early for a cleaning. My paperwork was not sent to me until four minutes before my appointment and it took a while to complete it. I received appointment notifications, but no paperwork to fill out. I waited over an hour past my appointment time. It seemed like they double booked my appointment time. I was frustrated and I left. On the plus side when I initially arrived the dentist herself Lorna Flamer-Caldera came out to greet me but I afraid I decided this dentist office was not for me.

This is a really wonderful, caring dental practice. I have been a patient for five years and have always been satisfied with the quality of care. The staff is kind, conscientious, and understanding of the fact that some people are uncomfortable going to the dentist. My procedures have all gone to plan, and although this practice is out of my insurance network ,I would still prefer to go to them rather than to an in-network practice that might cost less.
