If you are looking for someone to take advantage of you look no further. He is only interested in being lazy and collecting money. I recall he made bluntly rude comments while I asked and paid him to fix my sprinklers. There is something very wrong with him, he does not posses even basic manners. I asked him to turn my sprinklers on, he said yes, waited 2 weeks, never scheduled anything, called and canceled, then did it myself. Showed up at my house, did not tell me he was coming.
