Definitely the best shop I've ever worked with between Utah and North Carolina. Very knowledgeable guys. Great customer service. If I was still living in Utah Orion would be the only shop I would have touch any vehicle I own.
Excellent service!!! I had Orion Off Road install an after market steering rack reinforcement kit, front differential bushings, cv axle and lower control arm ball joint on a Hummer H3. The cv axle that I brought to them ended up being bad so I brought the vehicle back a few days later to have the original cv axle reinstalled after being serviced. I had the worst experience with Robb and his employees. I had asked Robb to fabricate a bumper for me and based on his reviews and how confident he sounded, I thought the project would have gone smoothly. Unfortunately the project was littered with unfulfilled promises and deadlines. I was assured the bumper would take about a week to fabricate, this was not the case.
