I hesitated posting this review because I think the doctor does mean well however he can be very inappropriate, and I think it's important people know - and that he knows it's not okay too. I went in for a mental health plan and he made a joke about whether I was suicidal. He joked about whether I had gone out yet to buy a rope. This is a very distressing thing to joke about. He needs to know these jokes aren't funny or appropriate.

Dr Mark is one of the most helpful Doctors I've seen. He truly listens to you with patience and care. He guides you to find the right help and always has a great sense of humour.

Dr Mark Utten has been very professional and helpful. And Dr Michael Aronov is an outstanding Chiropractor.

I'd like to preface this review by acknowledging that the doctor appears to have good intentions and genuinely wants to help resolve my health concerns. However, my negative experiences with the receptionist have prompted me to share my thoughts. On multiple occasions, almost every time I call, I've tried to schedule an appointment over the phone, only to be informed that there are no available bookings or that the booking system isn't functioning.
