If I could give zero star, I would. Very unprofessional. They need a better scheduling system. I made an appointment with Dr. Kate Nadeau online. It had booked me for a Monday. I drove 35 minutes, made it on time. Just for the receptionist to tell me Kate isn't in the office because she doesn't work MONDAY. SO WHY SCHEDULE ME IN FOR A MONDAY!!! I was a new patient as well.
