I have found management and staff including maintenance team to pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs
I’m only giving a 5 star because of Timmy. I had an issue with a package missing but showing it was delivered. I reported it early that afternoon to one of the leasing agents. She didn’t contact me until after 5:00 stating she couldn’t find it. The next day I went back and spoke to Timmy about it. He did his research to find the whereabouts of my package. Dangerous dogs here even though they say they aren't allowed (to release them of liability). Numerous attacks and one dog killed so far!
I have lived here for 1 month. From the start, Timmy has been helpful as my contact person for getting into my new apartment. He is is friendly, helpful, and will get you answers quickly. The small issues I've needed fixed have all been quick with clear communication.
