The management and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful, but AVOID ALL units facing the street. Resident here love having loud trucks and muscle cars for some reason, and they are always revving and flooring them at all hours when they head out. Not to mention motorcycles racing up and down the street - even past midnight. The dogs next door bark for hours unattended, and I’ve already seen over six medium-sized cockroaches in the garage (luckily none inside yet). I have lived in Texas for almost 12 years now. This is by far the best apartment/townhome I have lived in. I wish I could buy the unit. I feel like I live in a private house without all of the expenses. Thanks to all of you for a wonderful 4 plus years! I had a work order completed perfectly on 7/15/2025. Maintenance Team always does a great job.
Had an issue with a package notification and package did not belong to us. Management was very helpful and situation was resolved quickly
Very nice complex and unit. Very quiet, which is a priority for me! Responses to maintenance requests are very slow - I'm still waiting for a silverware basket for my dishwasher. My refrigerator is very noisy - not sure what's up with that. Otherwise - I'm happy!
I have had great 6 years here in Orion McKinney. I love my apartment & have had good neighbors. Maintenance group is efficient & prompt. I hope to continue living here if rent doesn’t increase too much.
