There is no rating for this park I have been here for 4 years and not have seen any change regarding amenities security the water everything about this park is a farce and they have the nerve to raise rent or even ask for outlandish rent costs do not come here there are better places just not with Haven Park's name on it, I would not rate this park any kind of star
