Every time I have come here the front desk, all staff and my NP, Rachel Doyle is wonderful. Rachel takes her time with me, she is patient, compassionate and truly cares about my needs as a patient. A couple times I expressed over the phone that I really needed to be seen right away and they scheduled me either that day or the following day. I highly recommend this office. Every visit has been a good experience from start n to finish. You are not just another client, you will become someone they genuinely care to treat.
I scheduled a year in advance for my physical with Dr Reitsma, unfortunately she left the practice because she was amazing. I rescheduled and had to take an appointment with Doyle the NP and I made it for 4pm because that is the latest she could get me in. I had to use pto to take off from work to get to this appointment and when I arrived they told me they called me on September 3 to see if I could move the appointment…. It’s October 28. I have been a patient here for a year and a half, and unfortunately, my recent experiences have been disappointing. What was once a supportive and reliable practice now feels dismissive at every level—from the front desk to management. Most recently, I was no-showed for an appointment after waiting over 30 minutes. I was then asked if I wanted to reschedule or receive a refund.
