I had an appointment for 2PM. I was told to arrive at 1:40PM to fill out paperwork. There was a lot of paperwork. I was taken bqack for two shrt tests by technicians and then put in a room and told the doctor would be in shortly. This was at about 2:20PM. No one came in to apologize for the wait or update me on the doctor'sschedule. At 3:00PM I went out and asked if they had forgotten about me and I was told "sometimes it takes a while". The whole office staff is exceptional! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable! Dr. Kristina and Dr. Desmond are both outstanding specialist! I would definitely recommend Orion eye care 100%!
I was seen on time. They were very friendly and treated me well.
