Wonderful experience for a very sensitive-eye person! The doctor and assistant were very careful, methodical and approachable about numbing, etc. And they got me in same-day!! Thank you!
Hi quality, doctors that know other stuff and were very helpful at getting my eyes back in shape. If you need an eye specialist beyond the normal eye doctor, I would definitely recommend this place. However, do be aware that they are super busy and I’ve never waited less than a half hour in the exam room for the doc. It was also very nice that the doctor knew where they’re helpfulness is at an end and at the last appointment said that the eye was in good shape and to just be seen by the normal eye doc from here. Doctor Karen Grove is a miracle worker! It's truly incredible how well I could see less than 24 hours after my cataract surgery. Wow. Prior to the surgery I was agonizing over which replacement lens to go with -- I had friends/family members and various websites all telling me different things. I made an appointment for my husband here - in a somewhat emergent situation - and was so grateful to get him in, same day. I called at 7am and got an 8am appointment. But then, just before the appointment time, they called him to move it to 1pm. A couple hours later, they canceled the 1pm appointment.
