I called to schedule an urgent appointment, and the woman I initially spoke with was friendly and helpful. However, when I called back to clarify a misunderstanding about how urgent appointments are handled at Orian, I had a very different experience. I believe the person I spoke with was named Traci—she was dismissive, rude, and impatient. I had a great experience with Orion Eye. Both locations had competent and friendly staff and my needs were met in a professional manner. I had cataract surgery on both eyes and it went perfectly. Dr Grove is very pleasant and very thorough in her practice. The nurses are EXCELLENT! I would highly recommend this eye clinic.
Wonderful experience for a very sensitive-eye person! The doctor and assistant were very careful, methodical and approachable about numbing, etc. And they got me in same-day!! Thank you!
Hi quality, doctors that know other stuff and were very helpful at getting my eyes back in shape. If you need an eye specialist beyond the normal eye doctor, I would definitely recommend this place. However, do be aware that they are super busy and I’ve never waited less than a half hour in the exam room for the doc. It was also very nice that the doctor knew where they’re helpfulness is at an end and at the last appointment said that the eye was in good shape and to just be seen by the normal eye doc from here.
