Hi quality, doctors that know other stuff and were very helpful at getting my eyes back in shape. If you need an eye specialist beyond the normal eye doctor, I would definitely recommend this place. However, do be aware that they are super busy and I’ve never waited less than a half hour in the exam room for the doc. It was also very nice that the doctor knew where they’re helpfulness is at an end and at the last appointment said that the eye was in good shape and to just be seen by the normal eye doc from here. Doctor Karen Grove is a miracle worker! It's truly incredible how well I could see less than 24 hours after my cataract surgery. Wow. Prior to the surgery I was agonizing over which replacement lens to go with -- I had friends/family members and various websites all telling me different things. Concern over making a mistake with my vision only added to my overall apprehension about the situation as a whole. I made an appointment for my husband here - in a somewhat emergent situation - and was so grateful to get him in, same day. I called at 7am and got an 8am appointment. But then, just before the appointment time, they called him to move it to 1pm. A couple hours later, they canceled the 1pm appointment. We wasted three hours (while he had something - later turned out to be rusted metal - in his eye) assuming we were going to be taken care of (keep in mind we gave all our info when scheduling; phone, name, address, insurance…t... read more
