I work in facilities maintenance for a large company in St. Louis and Orion Electric has become an electrician that I rely on. I would NEVER use this company. We had them transport a chandelier for us and install it with a lift. It got completed, however, it never worked. They insisted that it was a part that they had to order. Which, because of covid, took over 2 months to get here (not their fault). However, whenever it did get here, that was still not the issue. They wouldn't come back to fix the problem, which was that the wires weren't installed correctly. They wouldn't return our phone calls either. I finally had another electrician come to fi... read more
